This is a draft, not a legal document. It creates no obligations and will be replaced.

There is no support address yet. During closed testing the fastest route is the thread itself — say it to the stylist, and it reaches us.

What is true today

• Anything about a search, a piece or an order can be said in the thread. The conversation is stored, so nothing has to be repeated.
• Orders keeps every order you have placed, with what happened to each line.
• Today's limits shows what you have left today and when it resets.

Not decided yet

• An address to write to, and how quickly an answer should be expected.
• What to do about an order that has gone wrong once money is genuinely involved.
